Advanced Physical Therapy & Rehab, Inc. is a 1500 sq. ft. facility established in St. Lucie County in April 1999. We are an outpatient facility in Fort Pierce providing physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, and Hydromassage in a comfortable well-equiped environment. We pride ourselves on each patient receiving friendly personalized attention in a home-like environment. The clinic is owned by R.P.T. Theresa Solesky, who brings 13 years of experience in several aspects of Rehab. Physical Therapy treatment is rendered only under a physician referral, however a free Rehab Screening which includes a written report to your doctor requesting a referral for treatment, is available. Your physician will also receive written progress reports throughout the course of treatment. The clinic also works with several suppliers of home rehab products including TENS, FES, traction, braces, and splints. Our most recent association includes Hydromassage.
